(WEE Inc.) has been functional through its Peer Mediation Program (PMP) through the Department of Psychological Services but was officially established in 2020 in the bustling city of Monrovia, Liberia. Built upon the Liberian people's rich heritage and entrepreneurial spirit, the company was formed with a vision to bridge the country's economic and developmental gap and foster local and international collaborations. WEE Inc. has grown significantly, marking its presence within Liberia and gaining recognition outside the country, with 25% of its client base hailing from international territories. This rapid growth trajectory is a testament to the quality, trust, and commitment the company showcases in all its endeavors.

WEE Inc. was founded by Apostle J. Aaron Wright, Sr., and Melissa S. Smith as co-founders; they are Christian visionary entrepreneurs with a deep passion for contributing to Liberia's economic development and the well-being of its people. This dream was envisioned by Apostle J. Aaron Wright, Sr. in 2007, while on a missionary tour in Pasadena, California, USA; but was materialized in 2021.
